This Cancellation Policy explains how order cancellation works on MyCQL.
MyCQL operates on a one-time purchase / pay-as-you-go basis. We do not use automatic recurring subscriptions by default.
Because customers are not enrolled in an auto-renewing subscription, there is generally no ongoing subscription to cancel. Customers simply stop making future purchases if they no longer wish to use the service.
If an order has not yet been processed, unlocked, delivered, or materially consumed, customers may contact support to request cancellation review.
Once digital services, credits, exports, or access related to the order have already been delivered or used, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Users who want to close their account or request removal of account access may contact us through the Contact page.
For billing outcomes after a cancellation request or order review, please also read our Refund Policy.
