1) Service

MyCQL provides access to lead datasets by country, including filtering, preview, and export features. Some features may require payment or available credits.

2) No guarantees

We do not guarantee replies, conversions, sales outcomes, or specific inbox placement. 'Valid email' metrics reflect technical acceptance signals (e.g., the domain is active and syntax is correct). Actual delivery success depends on the sender's domain reputation, IP history, and content, which are outside of our control.

3) User responsibilities

• You are responsible for compliance with local laws and platform policies (email/SMS/telemarketing regulations, opt-outs, etc.).
• You must follow our Acceptable Use policy.
• You must secure your account and credentials.

4) License & restrictions

• Datasets are licensed to you for internal business use.
• No resale, redistribution, public posting, or sharing of exported data unless explicitly permitted in writing.
• No scraping, automated harvesting, or attempts to reverse masking and protections.

5) Payments

Purchases unlock export access according to the pack limits and platform rules. Prices may vary by country and package. Chargebacks or abuse may result in account suspension.

6) Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use policy, or that attempt to abuse exports, scraping protections, or payment systems.
