MyCQL is built for professional outreach and research workflows. This policy protects customers, the platform, and data integrity.
By using MyCQL, you agree to follow these rules.
Allowed
- Filtering and previewing datasets within the product interface.
- Exporting within your purchased limits and account entitlements.
- Compliant outreach practices, including honoring opt-outs and local regulations.
Not allowed
- Scraping / automation: bots, headless browsers, scripts, or automated harvesting of the UI.
- Bypassing protections: attempts to reverse masking, reveal hidden fields, or exploit endpoints.
- Redistribution: reselling, sharing, publishing, or uploading exports to public databases.
- Abuse: spam, harassment, fraud, phishing, or any illegal activity.
- Account misuse: sharing logins, creating accounts to bypass limits, or payment abuse/chargeback fraud.
Enforcement
We may throttle, limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this policy. Severe abuse may result in permanent bans.
We also reserve the right to take technical measures to protect data (rate limits, fingerprinting, masking, export controls).
