How is email quality verified?
We use professional email verification systems and maintain a verification cache for speed and consistency. Verification is applied automatically before export (not during browsing) to keep the interface fast while protecting customers from invalid emails.
What does “Deliverable” mean?
Deliverable means the email is likely to accept mail at the SMTP level. It does not guarantee opens, replies, or conversions (those depend on your sender reputation, offer, and content).
What does “Bad” mean, and will I be charged for it?
Bad means the email is confirmed invalid (invalid format, invalid domain, mailbox rejected, etc.). Bad emails are automatically excluded from CSV exports and are not charged against your download quota. They may appear in preview for transparency.
What does “Risky” mean?
Risky means the email could not be fully confirmed but is not proven invalid (for example catch-all domains or disposable providers). Many risky emails still deliver. You may choose stricter filtering depending on your campaign tolerance.
What does “Unknown” mean?
Unknown means the email was checked but the verification provider could not determine a clear result. It is neither confirmed good nor confirmed bad.
What does “—” (dash) mean in Email Status?
“—” means the email is not verified yet (no verification data available). This is common during preview and browsing. Verification runs automatically before export and bad emails are removed before download.
Why are emails and phone numbers masked in preview?
To reduce scraping risk and protect dataset integrity, emails and phone numbers are partially masked in preview. Full values become available in your CSV export within your purchased limits.
Do you sell the same dataset to multiple users?
Some datasets are available to multiple customers. Your export access is always tied to your own account and entitlements. Our focus is fair charging, consistent structure, and controlled exports.
What formats do you support?
CSV is the default export format. If you need another format for your workflow, contact support and we can consider adding it.
Can I choose specific filters like city, job title, interest, or language?
Yes. Available filters depend on each country dataset. Typical filters include city, job title, interest/industry tags, language, and whether email/phone exists.
What fields are included in a lead?
Fields vary by country and source. Most leads include name + email, and may also include city, job title, interests, language, phone number, and social/profile links when available.
Will MyCQL guarantee conversions or replies?
No. We focus on deliverability signals and clean structure. Performance depends heavily on your sending domain reputation, list segmentation, copywriting, compliance, and offer.
How do exports work (quota / limits)?
Your pack defines how many rows you can export. Only successfully exported rows count toward your quota. Rows excluded as “bad” do not count.
What if verification is temporarily unavailable?
In rare cases of downtime, exports are not blocked. Cached verification remains applied, known bad emails remain excluded, and customers are not overcharged.
Do you provide refunds?
Refund handling depends on the case. If you encounter a technical issue (for example export not working), contact support with your account email and we will investigate quickly.
Is using these leads legal?
You are responsible for complying with local laws and platform policies (including email marketing rules, opt-outs, consent requirements, and privacy regulations). Please read our Acceptable Use policy.
How can I contact support?
Use the Contact page or email support. Include your account email and a short description of the issue, plus screenshots if possible.
